We seek to recruit a Construction Research Intern to join our research function and contribute to the identification, verification and analysis of construction and infrastructure opportunities in the market.

The role provides practical exposure to the intersection of construction management, tendering, procurement research and construction-market intelligence.

1. Research and identify construction, infrastructure and related tender opportunities from official government, institutional and other reliable sources.
2. Research construction projects and developments across relevant sectors, including buildings, roads, water, energy and other infrastructure.
3. Assist in verifying tender and project information before it is incorporated into the company’s research and information systems.
4. Organize and maintain accurate databases and records of construction tenders, projects, companies and other relevant industry information.
5. Monitor construction and infrastructure developments to identify emerging projects and potential opportunities in the market.
6. Conduct research on construction companies, procuring entities, project owners and other relevant industry stakeholders.
7. Assist in preparing concise research briefs, project summaries and construction-market insights for internal and platform use.

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology or a related construction discipline.
2. Genuine interest in the construction industry, infrastructure development and tendering.
3. Strong research and analytical ability.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Good written communication and report-writing skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.
7. Ability to organize information systematically and work independently.
8. Curious, analytical and willing to learn.
