1. Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
2. Automatic Renewals
Where automatic renewal is enabled, subscriptions renew at the end of the current billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
However, refunds may be considered where:
- A duplicate payment was made.
- An incorrect amount was charged due to a system error.
- The subscription was activated in error by Click Tenders Africa.
- The service could not be provided due to a verified technical fault on our side.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where practicable.
4. Document Purchases
Downloaded digital products, templates, bidding documents, and other digital resources are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Access may be suspended.
- Renewal may not occur.
- Outstanding balances may need to be settled before services are restored.
6. Fraudulent Transactions
Click Tenders Africa reserves the right to refuse, reverse, suspend, or investigate transactions suspected to involve fraud, unauthorized use, or other unlawful activity.
7. Changes to Pricing
Subscription prices may change from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance where required.
